- Strategic Oversight: Plan and optimize production workflows, prioritize tasks, and align strategies with company goals.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment and facilities, and coordinate with procurement to ensure resource availability.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and address production bottlenecks, enhance productivity through process improvements like lean manufacturing, and implement quality control measures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop the production team, set performance goals, identify training needs, and engage skilled operators in improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work with sales, warehouse, HR, and accounting to ensure smooth operations, support costing activities, and maintain safety protocols.
