In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or stolen or for any concerns about unusual delays, please get in touch with us. We want to ensure you receive all your goodies and will be more than happy to assist in locating or replacing your order.

Orders that have begun processing are unable to be cancelled, even if they haven’t been dispatched yet, so we ask that you take extra care when placing your order and be sure to double check that all products in your bag are correct before checking out. We begin processing your order as soon as possible once it has been placed, so although it may not be dispatched yet, it may have been packed by our warehouse and ready to be picked up by our courier partner. During peak promotional periods we also may not be able to respond to your request in time to cancel your order before dispatch, so please take extra care and ensure you’ve ordered all of the products you are after and that you have checked our delivery timeframes here before checking out.

As soon as your order is confirmed the products you have chosen are reserved for you automatically in our system. We are unable to alter your order manually, which means we’re unable to make any changes once you’ve placed an order.
