HR, Compliance & Administration Manager

Javana Graphics (Pvt.) Limited is an ISO cetified company manufacturing Educational Toys and Stationery under “Panther” Brand.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR, Compliance & Administration Manager to lead our human resources, regulatory compliance, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will ensure effective people management, maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and oversee administrative operations that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management.
  • Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to maintain internationally recognized compliance and sustainability standards (Eg.  FSC Chain of Custody Requirement, SEDEX Ethical Trade standards, ISO – 9001 :2015)
  • support internal and external audits, certification processes, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company and certification requirements.
Administration
  • Oversee office administration and facility management activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and administrative budgets.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support services.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and corporate activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM, IPM) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial Role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
