| Content | The Panther Rule Pahey Akuru Liyamu book, was developed in accordance with grade one letter writing technique thought in local schools. The book starts off with the introduction to the 9 Sinhala letters written in between the mid 3 lines, and then the 16 that go above the 3 lines, and the 11 that go below the 3 lines, this is the order the letter are introduced to the children. Simple words are introduced to teach the child the usage of the words they were introduced to. The book consists of 48 pages in A4 size printed in black and white on 80gsm high quality paper. The publication was developed by a Primary school teacher Ms. P D G Weeratunga.
